<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN">A QR Code Ticket - that will represent a unique check-in to Auto Rider - will then be generated and printed at the kiosk. </span></p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN">Ticket Verification Mobile App </span></h4>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN">T05 Technologies developed a Ticket Verification Mobile App to assist Car Club&rsquo;s staff in verifying the QR Code Tickets printed out by the ticket kiosk. Armed with the app, staff can check the number of times the tickets have been verified and show the validity status of the verification. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN">The app also offers the option for passengers to purchase a one-time ticket in the event that they produced an invalid ticket at check-in. Car Club&rsquo;s staff can select &ldquo;Purchase One-Time Ticket&rdquo; on the app before prompting the passenger to pay for the ticket via credit card or WeChat Pay.</span></p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN">Autonomous Vehicle Ticketing Administrator Portal</span></h4>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN">Seeing as Car Club required an all-encompassing platform to complete various administrative processes, an Autonomous Vehicle Ticketing Administrator Portal was designed and developed. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN">On the platform, staff and administrators can list, search, and filter ticket purchase and verification transactions, create new ticket types within the system, as well as churn out summary reports that can be exported and downloaded in CSV format.</span></p>

Auto Rider @ Gardens by the Bay – Autonomous Shuttle Bus Service Ticketing System

<p dir="ltr">T05 Technologies Pte Ltd was commissioned by Easy M Smart Technologies Pte Ltd to develop a payment integration system for the brand&rsquo;s Easy M Unmanned Smart Kiosk System (EMUSKS), the first smart vending machine with AI Dynamic Visual recognition technology in Singapore.</p>
<p dir="ltr">With breakthrough innovation such as Dynamic Visual Recognition using AI Algorithm, Automatic Bill Settlement and Intelligent ERP, Real-time Data Analysis and Data Management, as well as an Intelligent Anti-Theft Monitoring System, EMUSKS places no restrictions on what products can be sold, how goods are displayed, or how consumers choose a product. Consumers can simply tap their credit card, open the doors of the vending machine, take what they want, and make payment.&nbsp;</p>
<h2 dir="ltr">Objective</h2>
<p dir="ltr">While AI vending machines like EMUSKS are already popular in China, Easy M Smart Technologies' decision to tap into the Singaporean market meant that the brand needed to redesign its technology - particularly to be able to accept payments locally.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">In other words, for the successful deployment of EMUSKS in Singapore, Easy M Smart Technologies required a smooth development of the Credit Card Payment Acceptance System (CCPAS) for consumers to gain access to its machines with credit cards.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">With that in mind, Easy M Smart Technologies approached T05 Technologies to develop a credit card acceptance payment system for its machines.&nbsp;</p>
<h2 dir="ltr">Details</h2>
<p dir="ltr">The payment process on EMUSKS is enabled by its integration with T05Pay Solution - an android app that was pre-installed and configured on the EMUSKS System Controller Android device.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">T05Pay Solution was designed to support three main functions: (1) Pre-authorization of an amount on a Credit Card, (2) Cancellation/Voiding of Pre-authorized amount, and (3) Deduction of amount.&nbsp;</p>
<h4 dir="ltr">Pre-authorization of a transaction</h4>
<p dir="ltr">When the NFC Credit Card reader on the EMUSKS detects a card, it will decode and retrieve card details such as Credit Card Number, Expiry Date, and Cardholder Name. Through deep link integration, this information will be forwarded to T05Pay Solution.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Thereafter, T05Pay will return with the outcome of the Pre-Authorization. If the card is authorized, a deduction of $10 will be made and the consumer can proceed to open the cabinet of the EMUSKS to retrieve what they&rsquo;d like to purchase.&nbsp;</p>
<h4 dir="ltr">Cancellation of pre-authorization amount and Deduction of amount</h4>
<p dir="ltr">After the user has closed the cabinet doors upon retrieving all the required items from within the EMUSKS, order information that has been retrieved by the EMUSKS System Controller will be sent to the T05Pay Solution.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">T05Pay Solution will then automatically void the pre-authorized amount of $10 and proceed to deduct the total price of the order from the previously presented card.</p>
<h2 dir="ltr">Outcome</h2>
<p dir="ltr">With a successful payment integration enabled by T05Pay Solution, Easy M Smart Technologies has risen to become Singapore's largest AI vending machine network. Its vending machines are flowered across the island in homes, offices, and dormitories.&nbsp;</p>

How T05Pay Solution Enables Payments for Next-Gen Smart AI Vending Machines

<p dir="ltr">T05 Technologies Pte Ltd was commissioned by ITE College Central to develop a Click &amp; Collect smart locker solution for Epitome Mall, an in-campus mall that showcases products, services, and capabilities of staff, students, and alumni of the education facility.&nbsp;</p>
<h2 dir="ltr">Objective</h2>
<p dir="ltr">Epitome Mall's eCommerce website had experienced a surge in online purchases, which posed a challenge for the team at ITE College Central. They needed to provide a collection system that was simple and hassle-free for consumers.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">Additionally, they wanted to include a rental feature to enable third-party online stores to offer Click and Collect services and/or display and advertise their products using the two transparent, well-lit lockers.</p>
<p dir="ltr">ITE College Central thus approached T05 Technologies to develop a Click &amp; Collect system - EpitomeCollect. Specifically, the team required a smart locker solution system that offers:&nbsp;</p>

<h3>Remote Locker Management</h3>
<p>The Remote Locker Management system is a cloud-based solution that provides administrators with the ability to manage lockers remotely over the internet. This system allows for easy and efficient management of lockers, eliminating the need for physical access to the lockers themselves.</p>
<p>Administrators can create locker requests (to allow the collection of an order), edit locker requests (make changes to collection details), and manage all other settings of the locker remotely.</p>
<h3>Local Locker Management</h3>
<p>The Local Locker Management System provides a convenient and efficient way for administrators to manage lockers on-site. With the touchscreen interface, administrators can easily create new locker requests, access the administrator interface, and make changes to locker requests as needed.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The system's main control unit enables administrators to open and put items in the locker, streamlining the entire locker management process. This system is designed to simplify locker management, making it easier for administrators to keep track of locker usage and ensure that lockers are being used properly.</p>
<h3>Order Collection Notification Service</h3>
<p>T05 Technologies&rsquo; smart locker system provides a seamless customer experience by sending notifications when orders are ready for pickup. After the administrators have placed the items inside the designated lockers, the customer will receive both an SMS and email notification to inform them that their order is ready for collection.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This feature ensures that customers are promptly notified when their orders are available, saving them time and reducing the likelihood of missed pickups. With this system in place, customers can enjoy a hassle-free pickup experience and administrators can be assured that orders are being collected in a timely manner.</p>
<h3>Order Collection via User Access Pin</h3>
<p>EpitomeCollect offers the option for customers to collect their orders or open their rented lockers using a user access PIN. The PIN, which will be sent via the notification service, is a secure PIN generated by EpitomeCollect&rsquo;s administrators.</p>
<p>To use this method, customers will need to follow a few simple steps on the locker's touch screen. First, they will need to tap the "Begin" button to initiate the process.&nbsp;Next, they will need to enter their user access PIN using the keypad on the touch screen.</p>
<p>Once the correct PIN is entered, the assigned lockers will automatically pop open, allowing the customers to collect their orders or retrieve their belongings from their rented lockers. This feature provides customers with a secure and convenient way to access their lockers without the need for physical keys or face-to-face interaction with locker administrators.</p>
<h3>Order Collection via Facial Recognition</h3>
<p>EpitomeCollect offers an advanced feature that allows customers to collect their orders using facial recognition. If this option is enabled, the customer will receive a link via SMS or email that will prompt them to register their face for collection.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This process is entirely optional for the customer. Upon clicking on the link, the customer will be directed to take a selfie, which will be used to upload their photo. Once the photo is uploaded successfully, the system will prompt the customer with a message indicating that the registration was successful.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This feature makes the order collection process even more convenient for customers who prefer a touchless, secure method for accessing their lockers. By using facial recognition technology, customers can quickly and easily retrieve their orders without the need for physical keys or access codes - they only need to look at the camera mounted on the main control unit of EptiomeCollect.&nbsp;</p>

<p>With multiple experiences with building Click &amp; Collect smart locker systems, T05 Technologies' is well-equipped to provide solutions to the challenges posed by ITE College East. The team designed, developed, engineered, and even deployed the smart locker system for Epitome Mall at ITE College East successfully.</p>

T05 Technologies’ Click & Collect Smart Locker Solution System Enables Secure and Fuss-free Parcel Collection at ITE College Central

<p dir="ltr">T05 Technologies Pte Ltd was commissioned by St. John&rsquo;s &ndash; St. Margaret&rsquo;s Nursing Home (SJSM) to develop a smart Wi-Fi-enabled window control system for its new premises. Opened in 2021, SJSM provides long-term residential care for up to 273 elderly residents.&nbsp;</p>
<h2 dir="ltr">Objective</h2>
<p dir="ltr">When the construction of SJSM began, the team at the nursing home sought to equip their new building with a smart window control system that could aid them in the care and monitoring of the elderly.&nbsp;</p>

<p dir="ltr">To meet the unique needs and challenges of SJSM, T05 Technologies&rsquo; solution involved: (1) Designing a Window Actuator Controller, (2) Configuring Actuator Controllers to a central meshed closed Wi-Fi network, (3) Developing a mobile app, (4) Installing a rain sensor.&nbsp;</p>
<h4 dir="ltr">Window Actuator Controller design</h4>
<p dir="ltr">For the safety of SJSM&rsquo;s staff and residents, T05 Technologies designed a Window Actuator Controller - the main component that facilitates the opening of a window via motor-driven automation - with a customized PCB micro-controller board.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">The customized controller is able to measure spikes in electrical currents whenever an unknown object, such as someone&rsquo;s finger, is trapped between the window panes. To prevent injuries, the smart window control system will halt the closing of windows and proceed to open the windows back up when this happens.&nbsp;</p>
<h4 dir="ltr">Configuration of Actuator Controllers to a Wi-Fi network</h4>
<p dir="ltr">Keeping the seniors&rsquo; safety in mind, the solutions employed were aimed at creating an uncluttered environment with reduced cabling works. To achieve this, the T05 Technologies team installed 4 Meshed Wireless Network Access Points, all of which were configured and connected to all the actuator controllers found within the building. This allows for a Wi-Fi-enabled system that was free from messy and potentially dangerous wires.&nbsp;</p>
<h4 dir="ltr">Mobile app development</h4>
<p dir="ltr">To decrease the workload of the nurses at SJSM, T05 Technologies developed a mobile app that was deployed to a mounted tablet at the nurse&rsquo;s station. With the app, nurses could centrally control all the windows across 7 storeys of the building without having to leave the nurse&rsquo;s station.&nbsp;</p>
<h4 dir="ltr">Rain sensor installation</h4>
<p dir="ltr">To meet SJSM&rsquo;s demands of a smart rain-sensitive window control system, T05 Technologies installed rain sensors on the system. When rain is detected, the windows will automatically close, preventing rain from reaching the rooms. The rain sensors are also sensitive to the intensity of rain - windows will be left slightly ajar in the event of a slight drizzle and completely closed during heavy downpours.&nbsp;</p>

The team designed, developed, engineered, and even deployed the entire controller system for 7 storeys of the nursing home.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">From hardware and computer micro-controller design and programming to software development and network planning and deployment, each process was done in-house, with complete control at every single step.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">With the smart window control system deployed to 7 storeys of the building, SJSM has greatly improved its organization&rsquo;s safety and efficiency. The system&rsquo;s anti-finger-trapping technology and minimally-cabled design present opportunities for accident prevention.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">More than that, the development of an accompanying mobile app and the installation of rain sensors reduce the need for manual labor. Nurses need not run frantically across different levels and rooms to open or close windows - they could do so with a touch of a button.&nbsp;</p>
